Description
PINTA – We brew from the very first day of craft revolution in Poland!
Our great journey started on 28th of March 2011, when we brewed our first batch of „Atak Chmielu” („Attack of the Hops”) – first commercial American IPA in Poland.
Since that day we are still brewing new ales, lagers, sahti and sour beers. Alone or in collaboration with our friends from Polish and foreign breweries.
Whilst last five years we’ve produced beers in more than 60 styles, like: Imperial IPA, Sahti, Sticke Alt, Irish Red Ale, Imperial Witbier, Extra Special Bitter (ESB), Rauchbock, Grodziskie, American IPA, Weizenbock, Oatmeal Stout, Schwarzbier, Scottish Ale, Vienna Lager, Rauchbier, Pumpkin Ale, Rice IPA, Biere de Garde, Imperial Baltic Porter, New Zealand Lager and many, many more!
In 2015 we’ve launched brand new series of sour beers. It all started with rye sour ale called Kwas Alfa, brewed with Tobias Emil Jensen from Danish To Øl brewery.
We were also the first Polish brewery which crossed the border and brewed international collaborative beer outside Poland. That’s how we’ve produced Lublin to Dublin – stout brewed in Dublin, Ireland by Pinta and O’Hara’s breweries in 2014. In 2015 we’ve made collaboration with French Brasserie du Pays Flamand and Danish To Øl mentioned before. Autumn of 2015 bring another innovation in Polish craft. We are the first Polish brewery which brewed a beer in the different continent – with Japanese Baird Brewing Co.
You can be sure that we use all our experience and knowledge to give you the best beers we can afford! We still improve our skills and we are not afraid to make experiments. We love travels – even those furthest. We always bring a lot of the best inspirations from other countries and we are trying to share them with you, creating the best beers we can.

Dobre i inne piwo niż inne. Sahti czyli z jałowca, najstarszy gatunek piwa rodem z Finlandii. Zapach serowy, a dokładniej sera wędzonego, w posmaku maślany i serowy. Trochę korzenno-słodki. Piany prawie nie ma. Intensywne zabarwienie żółtą mazią, strasznie mętne. Wygląd ne kusi ale zapach i nietypowy smak jest wart swojej uwagi.

Black colour with a beige head that soon become a beige layer on top of the beer. Mild chocolate and roasted malt aroma. Medium light body (suprise) with a light sweetness. Dry texture. Lots of cold coffee in this one. Also some chocolate and roasted malt. Soft carbonation. A decent stout.

Clear deep amber colour with a white head that soon vanish. Medium body. Slightly sweet with a bitter tail. Rich caramel aroma. A bit sweet caramel flavour with some fruity notes in the flavour. Had better hopes when I opened this one. Ok beer, but also boring.

50 cl bottle @ Gatropub Tuulensuu, BBE 5.5.2013
Aroma is malty with honey, butter dough, diacetyl and some nuts. Flavour has butteer, some grainy malt, diacetyl and metal. A British toffee feeling here. Something between English pale ale and German alt. And at the end of the glass this is much more EPA.
