PET bottle picked up directly from brewery and consumed in the company of Ursula and Marko Saturday 19th July 2025 at the Mangled Ham tasting. Pours amber with a small white head, a blunt rather boring beer, caramel and toffee. Soft mouthfeel, but very disappointed with the carbonation which could be much better. Sweetness, it's a little flabby.

Pours light amber with a small white head that soon departs. Soft mouthfeel, there's caramel and a little citrus. Could be a bit more bitter, actually it's picking up, however it could be a bit cleaner and crisper. Fine but a bit safe.

Pours burnt gold/light amber, actually forgetting gold it's definitely amber with a small white head. Soft mouthfeel, a little light caramel, a little furry but light bitterness, good.

PET bottle picked up directly from Pivovar Srni and consumed in the company of Ursula and Marko Saturday 19th July 2025. A bit lively on the pour, it's hazy mid gold with a white head, a little bready and with a slightly rustic edge. The bitterness takes it's time to come through but when it does it sticks around for a while. Nice soft mouthfeel, a little sweetness shows. I like it but perhaps could be a bit more crisp and clean.

Can picked up from Bierkiste, München. We had this in the company of Ursula sat outside by the brazier after eating Greek meatball, feta and tomato bake, Friday 18th July 2025 we did a lovely walk from Teisnach to Böbrach. Pours black with a head that rapidly departed. Smooth, a little creamy, ice cream wafer, a little light coffee. Nice, simple and yet this is a rather hefty 12% beer. Nice.

PET 1 litre bottle picked up from Kašperskohorský Pivovar in Kašperske Hory a couple of weeks ago after a lovely break in Kvilda, Šumava. We had this in the company of Ursula sat outside cooking Greek meatball, feta and tomato bake, Friday 18th July 2025 after a lovely walk from Teisnach to Böbrach. Pours light/mid amber, hazy, with a rapidly departing white head. Caramel dominates the aroma, soft mouthfeel, I feel that it could have a touch more carbonation and whilst I am sure that it's probably quite accurately hitting the style (though it's not a style I drink too that often) , it's not an exciting or particularly interesting beer. Caramel again, some sweetness, a little fruity with toffee. Fine.

Bottle picked up from Bierkiste München and consumed in Frank at Studentenstadt P&R Thursday 17th July 2025. Pours pitch black with a small tan head, Loz said (without knowing what it was) said that it smells and tastes really beefy, also said there are copper coins as well, she's got a very good point, it does, it's quite robust, a little earthy and yea there's a beefy edge to this, those truffles have really left their mark. I like this, Loz isn't a fan, it's not overly sweet, nothing artificial, it's good.

Can from Bierkiste München and consumed sat outside Bierkiste Thursday 17th July 2025. Pours hazy yolky yellow with a large sticky white head. Fruity aroma, some citrus and also tropical fruit. Nice soft mouthfeel, there's a lovely little buzz that gently rasps the tongue, nicely bitter, there's a nice interplay between an initial sweetness and then bitterness. It's very nice.
