Taste is appley, fruity fleshy, slightly tart, with barnyard funk, wood, and drying tannin. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Sparkling, yellow gold colour, fizzy white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of perry pear, fruit, flowery, funk. Taste is sweetish, perry pear, woody, tangy, funky, floral, with citric acidity and alittle tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying peary finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweet, turkish delight, roasty, malty, with chocolate & coffee notes, and earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying roasted bitter finish. Nicely drinkable
