750mL bottle. Pours murky dull mahagony with a white head. Lots of buggy berries, woody barrels, some must on the nose. Flavour has a medley of tart berries, some bugginess, woody. Tart and dry on the finish. Solid.

500mL bottle. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Oily resins and tangy gooseberries on the nose. Flavour has bitter pine and resins up front, some oily dankness, grapefruit peels, and some tangy berries. Solid malt body with a nice bitter finish. Excellent.

750mL bottle. Pours nearly black with a small tan head. Dark sugars and slightly perfumey bourbon barrels on the nose. Flavour has a weird sheepy yeast, some dark sugars, tarty dried berries, and some bourbon barrels. Pretty haphazard, but not bad.

473mL can. Pours a hazy blonde with a white head. Crackers, grass, and biscuits on the nose. Flavour has biscuits, grass. Pretty tepid beer, it's okay for what it is.

750mL bottle. Pours very dark brown with a minimal beige head. Bourbon barrels, dark chocolate, and dark sugars on the nose. Flavour has loads of dark chocolate malts, coffee, dark sugars, and bourbon barrels. It's nice, but the barrel character is a bit cheap and the beer as a whole is not super well integrated.

375mL bottle. Pours a deep golden colour. Loads of concentrated apple sugars and some caramelised skins on the nose. Flavour has loads of caramelised apples, tart apple skins, nice level of butterscotch. A fantastic ice cider.

750mL bottle. Pours nearly black with a minimal head. Dried fruits, brown sugar, and dates on the nose. Flavour has dried fruits, dates, dark brown sugars, and a ton of great bourbon barrels. Very nice, great complexity that's well blended with the barrels.
