Sights & Swills Summer Holiday Beer#41. TRINITY. Beer whilst waiting for the bus to take me back to the capital after exploring the north coast of Jersey. Glowing copper-amber with a bubbly head. A few bready malts balance well with a gentle fruitiness, which goes a long way in hiding its low strength taste.

Up the hill on the road that dissects the two churchyards. It's a modern-traditional styled pub and restaurant, although feeling a little more like the former, but I'm guessing with its large car par a lot of people drive here to eat. There's plenty of outdoor space front and rear. Liberation ales are found here given it's their pub including their regulars and their non-alcoholic beer in bottles, keg and cask options too.

Sights & Swills Summer Holiday Beer#40. BOULEY BAY. Bought this one in a farm shop on Jersey, and drank whilst taking a break from hiking along the north coast of the island. Golden lager, light in character, easy, with an enjoyable sweetness. I didn't have a glass with me in the National Park so drank from the can.

Dunell's St Helier

Central wine, spirits and craft beer store in St Helier. It's pretty much a smaller version of the warehouse main store a few miles away in Beaumont, and as the capital is central to all routes on the island most will find it slightly handier to visit here than the larger seafront shop. However, as this is a shop unit conversion the selection is lesser. It carries about half of what is available down the road in terms of craft cans and bottles and the selection doesn't differ. It still has the biggest selection of beers I found available in the capital.
