Amber-brown colour. No head. The aroma is kind of headsy, a touch of bubblegum. On the palate, it's got a boozy accent, the malt is a bit toffeeish but doesn't come together all that well. With a touch of warmth the esters blow off, which helps the sugars to come out, but it's boozy, a bit headsy. Kind of uncoordinated.

Quite pale, with just a slight haze. No head. The nose has a bit of onion, a bit weedy, too. Light body, medium bitterness, and this also has a light grapefruit hop with a bit of onion.

Dark brown. Inky pour, no head. Ok, the dark sugars on this are excellent. That's the deep Okinawan black, and the orange comes through well, honestly helping to create a sense of contrast. On the palate, the orange is stronger, the beer lighter, there's bitters aroma, but not as much on the palate. Overall, it's actually got nice dark sugar richness, orange, all this blending well with the chocolate. It's pretty solid. Way too rich and tasty for an old fashioned, mind you, notwithstanding the lack of bourbon character.

Dull and hazy. No head. It foamed up upon opening, but otherwise it's aroma of basil, ginger, lime. On the palate, it's got mostly the herbal notes, the lime, and a fair bit of wildness. Light body with high carbonation, so it's on the refreshing side. I guess I can imagine some tomato here.

2024. Amber-brown colour, and no head. The aroma has a bit of bourbon and some light fruitiness. This has a lot of bitterness, and crystal malt. Gets a bit chewy, but there's toffee sweetness behind that. Then, a light bourbon character. Solid, though unspectacular, just more of an easy-drinking English bw.

Smoothie. Froths up quite a bit on opening, no surprise with coconut cream. Looks mangoish, and tastes like vanilla, coconut and a bit of fruit. Light fizziness, but it's very un-beerlike. I never really know what to make of this type of thing...it doesn't taste bad because mango and vanilla and coconut taste good. But it's an entirely unserious product.

Dark amber, but it's bright. No head. The aroma has...I guess it's a lot of rum. I swear it smells like a boozy cider. Whacked-out weird ferment kind of thing. On the palate, it's thin, somewhat headsy, but watery. And wild, some odd bugs in there. I don't really get a lot of rye here. Ok, this is entirely original, though I'm not sure it works. It's just different, like they're looking for something that works. Unfortunately, they didn't find it this time.

Bright. Pale gold. The nz hop aroma is expressive, nice pear, lychee, floral sort of notes. Medium bitterness, and quite clean. The malts are great here, and the hops have held up pretty well for being 2 months old at this point.

This has a murky colour. Doesn't look great. There's some head on it. Smells like cryo hop burn. Tastes like harsh hop burn. There's not much malt here, and the hops...yeah. Some of this is fermentation I'm sure, judging by the appearance, and some of it is also just the structure of the beer, emphasizing bro level cryo over everything else. Honestly, this brewery's standards are normally higher.
