Poured from 473mL can. Very dark brown with small beige head. Lots of dark dried fruits, underlying chocolate and molasses, lots of barrel, especially old woody bourbon and sweet sherry with some cognac rounding things out. Very nice.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 12/Mar/2025; massive gusher). Bright yellow with tons of bubbles. Coconut, mango, pineapple, feint banana, only criticism is the coconut is slightly suntan lotiony, but otherwise super tasty, wish half of it didn't gush down the sink.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Griggs blend Flowerful Biere de Coupage. Clear gold with small white head. Botanical aroma with some plastic packaging (like an Asian grocery store dried seaweed packaging). Mild sourness, mild dry-ness, fairly botanical, just okay.

Poured from 750mL bottle (2020-2021 vintage; bb 24/08/2031). Clear amber gold with dissipating white head. Tilquin acidity, mild funk with some mild underlying sweetness (not specifically maple unless you really search for it). Decent, but would prefer a lower abv, more complex gueuze.

Poured from 375mL bottle (from the fiulijnator cellar; lot 2064; likely 2009 vintage). Clear auburn brown with no head. Herbal wood upfront with feint sherry vinegar notes underneath, mild prunes and toffee in the background. Touch of oxidation. Nice sipper.

Poured from 473mL can (2022 vintage). Clear gold with small white head and lots of sediment floaties. Feint apple notes, Belgian yeast, light phenols and oak, boozy, average, but drinkable.

Poured from 473mL can. Hazy gold with white head. Slightly wheaty, slightly grassy, some feint hints of grain and tropical resiny hops, the finish is sort of clean lagery crispness, it's really all over the place. The ingredients seem of decent quality, but it's sort of a let's throw shit at the wall and see what sticks without any clear direction... It's okay in the sense that I don't mind drinking the whole can, but wouldn't buy it again based on its surrealist nature.

Poured from 375mL bottle. Hazy dull amber gold with minimal white head. Bit of an odd combination of apple, feint phenols, and Belgian yeast. Okay.

Poured from 500mL bottle (bottled Oct 3, 2018). Near black with minimal beige head. Mild maple syrup and soy sauce with woody bourbon barrel notes. Perhaps some feint oxidation notes, but enjoyable.
