Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 4B). Can 50 cl - Batch 15.04.2026 (BB: 15.04.2026). AROMA: initial slight cereal husk note, followed by medium-low malty notes (toasty, slight light caramel). low metallic background. APPERANCE: pale amber color and clear. medium ivory head, creamy with ok retention. TASTE: medium malt flavor with same characteristics (sweet maltiness, toasty, slight caramelly). medium to medium-high bitterness with a slightly malty and overly bitter finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a festbier-type beer with ok malt presence but unbalanced towards bitterness.

AROMA: medium-high hop aroma with notes of lupulin, floral, slight pine and melon. medium malty background, neutral. APPEARANCE: yellow body and clear with a slight thin haze. medium-low white head, creamy, with style ok retention. TASTE: medium-high hop flavor (pine, green, slight melon and floral). medium-low neutral malt background with a slight sweetness. medium-high to high bitterness with a dry and bitter aftertaste that lingers. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an interesting IPA made with Australian hops.

Can 50 cl - Batch unknown - Canned on 12/06/2025 (BB: 12.11.2025) AROMA: medium-high hop aroma (grapefruit and lime, slight gooseberry). low neutral background maltiness. APPEARANCE: pale yellow color and clear. medium-high off-white head, creamy, with good retention. TASTE: initial medium hop flavor (grapefruit, lime, pine), followed by low neutral malt. medium-high to high bitterness with an almost dry and bitter finish that persists. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with high carbonation. OVEARLL: a nice American pale ale.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 29A: dragonfruit, passionfruit / 23A). Can 50 cl - Batch 08.08.2026 02333 (BB: 08.08.2026). AROMA: medium-high fruit aroma (passionfruit, slight dragonfruit), low wheaty background. APPEARANCE: light yellow color with a lot of material in suspension. medium-low white head with low retention. TASTE: initial medium fruitiness (passionfruit, slight dragon fruit), followed by a medium-low clean sourness. low bitterness with a slightly sour finish with a taste of yeast (uncooked bread). MOUTHFEEL: medium-low to low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a fruited berliner weisse-type beer with a lot of material in suspension.

Can 50 cl - Batch 04.08.2027 01646 (BB: 04.08.2027) AROMA: medium-high chocolate note (cake-like) with a faint roasted barley background. APPEARANCE: very dark brown and opaque. low brown head with no retention. TASTE: initial medium-high chocolate flavor with faint roasted malt notes and slight vinous. very low bitterness with a sweet finish. MOUTHFEEL: high body and chewie. low carbonation. smooth alcohol warmth and not hot. OVERALL: a pastry imperial stout with strong notes of chocolate and sweetness. caramel and salt did not shine.

AROMA: medium-high hop aroma with citrus notes, slight lupulin and resin. medium-low neutral malt and slightly sweet. APPEARANCE: light yellow and hazy. medium-low white head, creamy, with ok retention for style. leg formation. TASTE: medium-high hop flavor (resin, citrus, slight pine and resin), with a medium to medium-low neutral malt background and slightly sweet. medium to medium-high bitterness with an almost semi-dry to dry finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium to medium-low body. medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: an OK NEIPA with Zula hops. it could have a little more body.
