APPEARANCE: dark ruby color and clear. style average tanned head, creamy with average retention. TASTE: roasted malt flavour dominates with notes of coffee and a slight sweet background. no hop flavour and low bitterness. finishes semi-sweet and with a coffee presence. PALATE: medium-low body with moderate carbonation. OVERALL: a filtered stout with very good presentation and flavour but in need of a slight aroma improvement.

OVERALL: an american pale ale with more balance towards the hops than usual but enjoyable nonetheless.

APPEARANCE: dark color with ruby highlights. very thin light brown head with poor retention. TASTE: nice blend of burnt wood, smoke, some coffee and an overall semi-sweet background. low bitterness with an almost sweet finish. PALATE: medium-low body with low carbonation. OVERALL: a smoked stout with more complex and balanced flavour than the aroma, and with very low carbonation.

TASTE: a combination of clove and some banana flavours, with a nice wheat background. hints of vanilla. low bitterness with a semi-sweet and wheaty finish. PALATE: medium-light body with high carbonation. OVERALL: a nice and traditional wheat ale.

PALATE: medium-light body with a slight slick sensation. moderate carbonation. OVERALL: a very nice red ale, with balance towards the caramelized malt.
