Draft at the brewery. Is hey malts, with notable candi sugars. Taste his biscuit malts notable sweetness, from the added sugar, with a bitterness that lingers. A little disappointed in this one.
Draft at the brewery. Nose is cereal malts with some ester .bananas. taste is a bit flatter, biscuit malts, fairly dry with some banana undertones and a slight bitterness in the finish.

Draft at the brewery. Herbal and resins on the nose. Taste cereal malts, a touch sweet, resinous hops, a touch of candy, with a strong lingering bitterness.

Seems like it's striving to be ... ok. No flights of beer. The menu consists of fairly uninspired standards, wirh vegan and gluten free options. The beer list all theirs, lager standards with one esb, pils, ipa, a lager, a kolsch and their special tap is a fairly light peach sour, or cherry vanilla sour. (I sampled the cherry, it was ok and thin....not interesting enough to order, no enough to rate.) It's ok for in town, but just....ok.

Draft at the brewery. Fairly dry biscuit malt, fairly flat up front, the finish with slight apricots and a building bitterness that's not overwhelming. It's ... ok

It's fine. Toasty bready malts, with decent toaste biscuit, middlingly sweet, with a even bitter finish. Yep it's a ESB. Draft at the brewery. No

Bottle from the LCBO. Who knew Peele did ciders? Pours a light clear blonde, active bubbles. Taste is crisp empire apples, fairly sweet, the hops more countering and balancing the sweetness, with some bitterness and herbials in the finish, with a little citrus and zest in the finish. Honestly really well done.
