Bottle, 2025 vintage. Caramel aroma with notes of dark fruit, spicy Belgian yeast, toffee, leather, banana and clove. Pours dark caramel brown colored with a large tan head that has good retention and decent lacing. Starts with caramel, dark fruit, toffee and leather flavors as well as having a rich duo body and dry mouthfeel. Finishes dry with spicy Belgian yeast, banana and clove flavors. Excellent Belgian.

Can. Blood Orange citrus aroma with notes of grassy hops and wheat malt. Pours pinkish-golden colored with half a finger of off white head that has good retention and excellent lacing. Starts with juicy blood orange and wheat malt flavors. Finishes crisp and refreshing with grassy hops as well as more blood orange citrus flavors. Pretty much all blood orange, but decent.

500ml bottle. Grapefruit citrus aroma with notes of grassy hops, floral hops, tangerine, orange and pine resiny hops. Pours brilliantly clear golden colored with a finger of soapy white head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with tangerine, orange and floral hop flavors. Finishes dry with grapefruit citrus, grassy hops and pine resiny hop flavors as well as a touch of bitterness at the very end. Good.

Pint can. Roasted malt aroma with notes of chocolate, coffee, grapefruit and grassy hops. Pours black with a thin tan head that has good retention and decent lacing. Starts with rich roasted malt, chocolate and grapefruit flavors. Finishes dry but smooth coffee and grassy hop flavors. Good black bier.

Pours hazy golden- orange colored with half a finger of off white head that has good retention and excellent lacing. Starts with juicy pineapple, mango, tangelo and clementine flavors. Finishes dry but still quite smooth with peach, lemon and grapefruit flavors. Quite good.

Pint can. Passion fruit aroma with notes of mango, white grape, berry, kiwi and grapefruit. Pours clear golden colored with a half a finger of white head that has excellent retention and some soapy lacing. Starts with juicy passion fruit, mango and berry flavors. Finishes dry but still smooth with white grape, kiwi and grapefruit citrus flavors. Pretty nice IPA.

Pint can, 2020 vintage. Rich roasted malt aroma with notes of dark chocolate, licorice, molasses, dark fruit, bourbon, oak and vanilla. Pours deep brown with a thin mocha brown head that has little retention or lacing. Starts with roasted malt, dark chocolate, molasses and oak flavors as well as having a rich, full body and slick, viscous mouthfeel. Finishes quite smooth with licorice, dark fruit, bourbon and vanilla flavors. Still quite excellent after 5+ years!
