The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Towering whipped eggwhite head, dense & stable over finely carbonated, pale yellow beer with a greenish sheen, and only little hazy. Fresh citrussy hops, passion fruit, yellow kiwi, orange. Fruity taste with pineapple, again yellow kiwi, citrus of cours; finishing just a tad metallic. Light body, very slick & hopoily; good carbonation. Decent, quite OK, amusing, if predictable. Txs to Stef. Label claims only 15 IBU, which seems a bit low

Crystal clear red copper beer under a small cream-coloured head. Fine hops, hint at diacetyl, maltsyrup. Very British. Bitterish to bitter, again good UK hops, herbs, fresh spinach. Diacetyl masked in the flavour. Light body, if reasonably slick; very bitterish, almost metallic aftertaste; medium carbonation. Convincing, and not half bad. Making the umpteenth DIPA must become boring for an English brewery, no? Txs to Stef!

No head, black beer. Vanilla and liqueur. Some coffee and chocolate in the background. Sweet, woody-bitterish (roast, not hoppy) flavour, almost cloying. Sicky sweet, some invisible carbonation. Way too sweet, and that's putting it mildly. Yet, in some way, they've made it palatable. Just.

Quite good russet-cream head over black beer. Vanilla, dark roast, and cloyingly sweet smelling. Nothing else. Sickly sweet; vanilla and chocolate concoction; idea of maraschino cherries with vanilla. Indeed cloying. Very thick, full body, chewy and lots of alcoholburn. Punch-in-the-face. The nose is not what it ought to be.

Draught Head gone in seconds over virtually black beer. Expressly alcoholic, almost spirit-like nose. Dark malts drowned in ethanol. Sweet, raisiny. Dark berries or plums on alcohol. Feels rather well-bodied, no alcoholthinning to find, if not very carbonated. Bit sticky. Feels surprisingly... strong...? Must be some Caledonian form of humour. When I read "plain dark lager", I expect something as a Czech tmavý or a Dunkel. Not some alcoholbomb.

Draught Small cream head over cola-coloured beer. Chestnut, nutty, dark & chocolate malts. Dry-woody flaovur, dried chocolate. Light body, Medium carbonation at best. Good dark lager, at least it's still there.

Draught Faint rim over utterly muddy yellow beer. Ureum, asafoetida, basmati rice, old oxydized citrus. Rainwater, diluted liquidized citruspeel, bananapeel. Medium bodied, good carbonation. Ugh. Whatever they wanted to do, I don't like it.
