The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Shortlived head, leaving some lace over fully hazy ochre-straw beer. Putteke, horseblanket, farmyard, stonefruit - if a bit overripe -, Bretts, clay. Sourish, and agin this clay thing. Lemonpeel, dry leaves and horseblanket. Straw, hay, green apple. The hops only appear in the very end, retronasal, with a (sourish) grapey flavour. Classic, well-carbonated, slick. Excellent. Timmermans are acting inspired, going from strength to strength.

Small whitish rim over hazy pinkish russet beer. Sweet (!) cherries, raspberry, if watered down juices. Dryish flavour with red fruit and straw, Hero kers. Dry oatmeal cookies, Finish boasts a nice, refreshing light acidity. Light body, better carbonated than it looks. Great! Nice refreshing, original, surprising. OK, let the Kraut brewers try their hands more on kriek!

- 1 point for the irritating superfluous wax. Russet-cream head over russet tinted, almost black beer. Chocolate, liquorice, japwater; some mild roast, roasted grains. Liquorice, japwater, preserved orangepeel. Some alcohol in the background, if for a 10.4% beer, meek. Roast. Surprisingly thin MF for such a massive beer; more than a bit sticking. Disappointing. Le plumage ne vaut pas le ramage. Japwater & some alcohol.

Good white head, falling in over fully hazy yellow beer. Asafoetida, chalk, citrus, vegetable- and fruitpeel. Bit gassy nose. Rather to the sweet side. Again the vegetable (cucumber?)/fruitpeel(banana) flavours. Good carbonation, very slick-oily-chewy; at least medium bodied. Again one without faults, if without enthusiasm as well. Txs to Stef!

Fast disappearing whitish head over fully hazy yellow-golden beer. Nice citrussy nose, freshly pressed orange/lime/mandarine and even a lot more lychee. Sweet-bitterish and again quite fruity. Oranges, especially retronasal. Feels very carbonated, maybe a bit too lively. Falls a bit flat tastewise in the end, and that for a 8.4% beer! A tad easy, no?

Huge, fluffy, bit yellowish head, irregular, over very carbonated peach-golden beer, hazy. Fruity nose, stonefruit, yellow fruit, bit liqueurish, crème de pêche, faint DMS. Very short bitterness, then neutral to sweetish fruitflavours. Finish has a bit fruity-hoppy bitter. Light body, slick to oily, very carbonated. OK, but is there anything more to say? Txs to Stef!
