The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Small beige head over brown-black beer. Bit smoked, wood & charcoal, lots of (sweeter) roast. Roasted chestnuts, liquorice, faint hint of madeire, ripe banana, vanilla. Feels well-bodied for the meagre 5.3%. Good carbonation. Quite decent brew, if served blind, I would have had difficulty classifying it.

Medium white head over hazy orange beer. Banana & clove a mile out - not much else. Also banana & clove, but with a nice acidic orange & wheat flavour, yeast. Wheatslick, just a tad chewy, very well-carbonated. Uberclassical Hefeweizen. Thanks for sharing, Anna!

No head after a few seconds; unclear yellow beer. Smells exactly as sticking one's nose into a cheesecake. Slightly better flavour. Again cheesecake, but the lime alleviating making it palatable. Light body, not very carbonated, smooth-slick. This is not a beer IMHO, this is something for the weedgeeks rating site.

Draught Head gone very fast; hazy orange-ochre beer. Citrus, faintly coloured malts and even other grains. Kernels, cheesy bread. Again faint citrussy flavour, some hops and definitely watery, falling empty. Light body, good carbonation. Rather poor, I'm afraid.

Draught Thick, creamy-yellow head, stable, over reddish tinted black beer. Roast, sweet liquorice, dry wood, old paper. Sweet roast, swet liquorice, sweet bread with a burned Maillard crust. Bit wry in the finish and aftertaste. Chewy, quite slick to oily. Good carbonation; long-lasting flavours. Nothing more to report, I'm afraid.

Small rim; clear golden beer. Faint resiny & fruity nose, not much going on. Outspoken bitterness all the same, again resin and some citrus. Light body, not very carbonated. Even once realised that the T does not mean triple, but is just a name, it remains unremarkable, sorry.
