Flavour is semi sweet, spicy prickly plum, fuzzy peach, some cherry notes. Palate is spicy sour with prickly carbonation.

Aroma is semi sweet, musty funk, quince, musty wine, funky grape. Leafy. Flavour is composed of semi sweet rounded, sherry, funky white raisin, mineral drying..
