Can from Delhaize.
A: hazy red, stable, foamy, pink head.
A: cherry candy, 'poepegatjes', grenadine, powdered sugar.
T: sweet cherry candy, grenadine, sourish lemon juice, vague grain.
F: sweet candy, slightly bitter syrup.
P: medium body, slick-sticky texture, soft carbonation.
Obviously very artificial, but there might be some redeeming qualities here or there compared to other Strong Lagers or 'Rougekes'. I might have enjoyed this in a "silly me" kind of way.

Can from Stacks.
A: hazy yellow, stable, foamy, white head.
A: mandarin, passion fruit, grape, melon, scallion, dough.
T: sweetish mandarin & grape, bitter citrus pith, dough.
F: floral hops, bitter citrus peel & juicy stone fruit.
P: medium body, fluffy texture, soft carbonation.
Lovely balanced NEIPA. Guess I love Vermont.

A: hazy yellow, stable, frothy, white head.
A: cold french fries, cracker, wheat, apple, scallion.
T: sweetish apple, plum & kiwi; wheat, bread crust.
F: dry, bitter grassy hops, apple peel, citrus pith.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Bitter, yet accessible and quenching; not Dok's best, but perhaps just not really my thing.

A: hazy ochre, small, foamy, off-white head.
A: grapefruit peel, orange juice, mandarin, lime, apricot.
T: sour apricot & orange, biscuit, jam, bitter grapefruit.
F: bitter grapefruity hops, orange peel, bit tart lime and citrus zest.
P: medium body, oily texture, average carbonation.
Citrusy notes all around, very pleasant.

A: hazy red, small, foamy, off-white head.
A: fresh raspberry, raspberry coulis, wheat, lemon zest, yoghurt.
T: sour raspberry, lemon, yoghurt.
F: tart raspberry juice, bit bitter berry skin.
P: light body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Utterly drinkable, but very restrained.
