12oz single via Applalachian. Mojito glass at home.

Clear, pale each on plum, seltzer pour.
Strong ginger floral with a soft lingering berry.
Bittersweet leaning bitter. Lemon-ginger, watery, grassy, veggie, lingering floral-ginger soda.
Thin, saline, soda, low abv.

Single from the San Jose open market.

Mostly clear, plum tea, quick-hitting head.
Sharp, dense honey-tart, cherry-berry, nicely astringent
Serious honey-laced, berry & table grapes over somewhat astringent, tart grocery apples, lingering texture, mellow lemon lace.
Low carb, thin, fizzy.

Kinda good.

Single via Appalachian.

Mojito glass at home. Pale hazy, lingering white-wash head.
Soapy, orange, onion, lemon, floral nose.
Drinks like a hazy. Extra citrus floral, clay, onion, with a little wheat itch & grass on the end.
Watery, carb falls fast, easy abv, thin for the style, mellow acid.

As good as it is, it's stlll just a wheat beer.

$18 for 500ml at Appalachian.

Hazy pale, subtle pour, quick fizz head.
Dusty, yeasty, slightly vanilla/nutty nose with a touch of sulfur.
Tart, juicy, twangy tropical: small peach & hint of guava, lots of residual yeast, white wine finish. Dry with a funky floral absolute end.
Creamy, tannic, lightly tart, soft but continuous carb.

Kinda okay. Too expensive at $18/500ml.
