Honey oats, tea, slight lemon, grass nose.
Bittersweet leaning bitter, tannic, soft caramel, dry crust, mildly tart with a pinch of fruit.
Thin, itchy, well carbed, good acidity.

Good all around.

Pounder from the SJ food market fridge. Took it home.

Mojito glass. Clear, pale pink over orange, quick sizzle.
Floral cranberry candy nose, malic & just a bit false.
Taste is super tart cranberry upfront, tannic apple core middle, dry white wine down the back with some lingering floral.
Thin, forced carb, a bit strong for what it is. Little to no nuance, fusel, fermented hard & fast.

Okay to good.
