The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, pleasing bitterness, minerality, spice, cereal, nuttiness, hay, straw, cracker, quite green, damp herbs and floury wheat bread with a drying finish. Average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Summer crusher with some depth.

Bottle, shared with my bro at Cantillon. It pours clear very pale gold with a quickly dissipating white head. The aroma is musty, damp grain, fairly mellow, toasty grains, some minerality, chalky, spice, nutty, cereal and wood. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, puckering, minerality, fairly nippy acidity, chalky, minerality, floral, elderflower, daisies, tannin, dry white wine, woodsy, hint of lemon, pomelo and sherbet with a super dry, mineralic finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Fun, but up against the others this didn't seem to have the depth of flavour.

Bottle, sleeper tick. It pours jet black with a sturdy tan head. The aroma is heady and rich, dark roasted malt, vanilla, oak, big espresso coffee character, bourbon soaked oak, chocolate brownie, touch of coconut and dark chocolate bounty. The taste is smooth, bitter - sweet, dark roasted malt, umami, charred, dark chocolate, plenty of coffee, burnt toasty vibes, mocha, toothy malt, warming booze, dark chocolate bounty bar and some nuttiness with a charred walnut finish. Fulsome body and moderate fluffy carbonation. Flavourful, rounded and moreish.

Can from HoTM. It pours clear golden - yellow with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet, juicy, tangy, peachy, apricot, strewed orange, marmalade and candy. The taste is limited dryness or bitterness, orangey hops, apricot, peach, marmalade sandwiches, candied fruits, starburst, fruit pastilles and muted alcohol presence. Medium body and average carbonation. I find a bit too sweet tbh. Lackluster if anything. Love parish ghost, but not so much this.
