Strong, characterful beers are Marc's passion, which he impressively proves with his brewing creations. In his unmistakable style, street artist Ardif lets two deer bucks fight a fiery battle. A combination of deep aromas of dark chocolate and espresso, a hint of wild berries and a warming alcohol content creates a magical firework of flavors.

Bottle picked up from AEZ, Dachau and consumed in Frank (camper) at Campingplätz Bannewaldsee, nr Schwangau Saturday 23rd November 2019 listening to Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show on 6 Music. We had another walk today this time from the campsite into Füssen via the southern edge of Forggensee. Pours murky dark brown with a beige head. Lots of chocolate on the nose and definitely chocolate in the mouth, pretty full flavoured, soft carbonation, it's a good stout.

0.75 l bottle from local 'Trink & Spare', best before October 2020. Clear, ruby with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, a bit roasty aroma of caramel, cocoa powder and toasted nuts. Quite sweet, malty, moderately roasty taste of cocoa powder, caramel and toasted nuts, followed by a short, moderately roasty-bitter, powdery and minimally earthy finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, average carbonation. Solid stuff but lacks balance and complexity.

Bottle. Deep dark brown color. Milk chocolate and roast in the aroma. Full bodied. Roast, coffee, licorice, caramel. Malty sweetish, fairly complex flavor. Could be mistaken for a Baltic stout.

Dark chocolate brown with a huge head. Sweet cocoa roast aroma. Wow, fantastic flavor, great balance of sweet chocolate coffee roast, bitterness balances well with the sugars. Drink with a bowl of vanilla ice cream...
