Bottle, 7%. Aroma of liquorice powder. Black colour. Seems unclear. Small light brown head. The flavour has a good roasted coffee note and a good sweet liquorice touch. More coffee in the finish and aftertaste.

Just a clean dry strong bold stout. Lots of richness and a lot of bitterness to keep it balanced. Strange brew athens

Bottle at Balthasar Volos in the company of Kosta, Yannis, Ele and Millie, Thursday 3rd September 2020. Pours black with a creamy off white foam head. Coffee and chocolate combine well but some tropical touches from the hops also slip in, smooth with a touch of vanilla, really pleasant.
