A massive beer in every respect built to achieve balance and display craftsmanship, this award winning IPA is in a modern style. Full of white and citrus fruit, mediterranean herbs and a lot of tropical fruit. A BIG mouthfeel with a long deep bitterness balanced by a caramelly residual sweetness. This beer just goes on and on.

Deep amber-gold, light frothy head. Incredible nose of nettles, grapefruit, mango, lychee, white grapes, white flowers, butterscotch, thyme and mediterranean meadows. On the palate there is immediate impact, powerful big mouthfeel with dark citrus flavours and a huge bitterness, all balanced by a long residual sweetness and thick body. The huge hop profle is metered by the caramelly malt flavours, and the tropical fruit just keeps on going - the length of flavour of this beer is almost endless.

Dean Swift. Keg. Lightly hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and crisp. Trace of cream in the light malts. Resinous start to the hops with good tangerine, lime and pine. Lesser sweet floral things and some orange. Crisp finish and mild bitter linger. Really rather good!

330ml bottle from beermerchants.com. Dark amber colour, foamy white head leaving some lacing and aroma of fruity citrus and melon. Taste is malty, caramel, earthy with some orange and woody pine bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry earthy bitter finish. Quite OK.

Keg at Lyric, soho. It pours clear amber with a medium beige head. The nose is juicy orange, tangerine, caramel and light toast. The taste is caramel, pine, orange, light mango, marmalade and earth with a bitter-sweet finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Smooth and easy drinking. A solid beer from this new brewery.

Keg at the Old Fountain - London. Pours clear gold with a modest, frothy white crown. Some bready malts in the nose, faunt toasty grass and pine, orange. Medium sweet flavor with bready malts leading the way but followed closely by pleasant, juicy orange, toches of bitter citrus rind, hints of grapefruit. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A very nicely balanced, super sessionable IPA.
