Bottle @Sam Beer (Rome). Oro carico, abbastanza limpida, schiuma bianca media.

Bottle. Malt Attacks, Brussels. Opened with barely a sound. Unclear, medium amber colour. Foamy, off white head. Nose has spicy hop leaf. Baked citrus. Notes of tinned strawberry and pear. Hint of pine needle. Taste is fairly sweet, with a fruity, piny bitterness. Light to medium body belies the 7%. Crisp carbonation. Moderate bitterness to finish. Decent, but I’ve either left this too long in the fridge, or it’s a little oxidised, or both. Potentially great.

Thanks! Sampled draft @ Billie’s Beer Festival 2018. Day 2. Hazy orange. Nose is weird bitter weeds. Taste is lingering bitter, weeds, insecticide, chemical, too harshly weird bitter & too fizzy. Not my style, too bad, I dig both breweries.
