I got this bottle in a trade with Nutbrown. Thanks Alan!
It pours from 12oz bottle a clear gold with a 1 finger head of foam.
The smell is equal portions of pungent hops and sweet malt and a note of mint.
The taste on first sip is both hoppy and malty with the hops*grassy) just eeking out the malt. Further sips in and the malty character subsides somewhat leaving the hops to dominate...and there's a minty/fruity flavour in the background as well. The mouthfeel is medium and it finishes with a bitter bite that I quite enjoy when I'm in the mood for it. And I am...;^)
I tried this a few years ago and, iirc, I thought it was a touch maltier than what I'm sipping on today but it's still a good drop and I'd put it in my regular rotation if it was available locally.

Pours dark gold with a white frothy head that is stable and long lasting. Aroma is caramel, apricot, citrus. Taste is bittersweet to bitter. Light warmth at the finish. Body is medium with average carbonation. Pleasant.

On tap @Dirty Nelly Irish Pub (Alesund). Dorata carica/ambrata scarica, limpida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note di malto, biscotto, erba tagliata, ossidazione, leggero citrico. In bocca è maltata all'attacco con amaro fiacco e privo di spunto. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Non in gran forma, e comunque molto modesta.

Can picked up from Tesco, Bicester, Oxon, consumed at home B/H Monday 28th August 2017, whilst preparing Tuna Burgers with a Chinese Cabbage Tsatsiki. Dark gold in appearance with a mid sized white head. Fruity but with a good dose of caramel. It’s hoppy enough and rather a pleasant IPA but the flavour is tipped slightly too much in favour of the malt. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.5

330 ml served in flute. Clear orange, fluffy head, not long lasting. Cough syrup, hops, citrus, some bitter herbs, slight apricot notes. Hoppy bitterness, floral and fruity. Bitter long-lasting finish. Lively carbonated, medium bodied. Nice IPA.
