330ml bottle, almost three years old (2015-07-06). Pours hazy amber with a lot of sediment floating around, a nice thick beige head. Aroma of dried fruits, malts, spices, honey. Taste is malty, sweet, honey, dried fruits, spicy, yeasty, bitter hop finish. Medium bodied, soft carbonation.

Flora and nuts aroma. Hazy amber, small head. Medium to high sweetness, light to medium hop bitterness. Sticky, medium body.

Bottle 0.33l. Cloudy, amber colored. AROMA- pear, chocolate bonbon with fondant filling, light alcohol presence, fruit, litchi, berries. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, lightly bitter, light alcohol presence, the same as nose. Full bodied.

Bottle, batch 25/05/16. Amber colour, clear, but there are lots of particles in the bottle, so it’s hard to pour without them - I don’t remember when I last have seen such amount. Head disappears almost completely, lacing is barely noticeable. Aroma is herbal hops, ripe fruit (peach), honey. Alcohol is present in taste. Light bitterness, light sweetness. Medium carbonation. Much more hoppy than most tripels I’ve tried, but this one isn’t brilliant - it’s just good.

Aus der 0,75 Flasche (bottled 20-06-2011 - bbe 20-06-2016) 2016-12 getrunken. Die lange Lagerzeit hat sich aus meiner Sicht gelohnt. Ein frische Heen&Weer ist mir fast zu gehopft. Doch dieser hier hat ein tolle Frucht entwickelt und die noch vorhandene Hopfenbitterkeit bildet einen wunderbaren Abschluß. Sehr harmonisch alles zusammen. Klasse! (8/4/9/5/16) Aus der 0,33 Flasche (bottled 02.02.2015 - bbe 02.02.2018) 2019-02 getrunken. Noch etwas zu kurz gereift. Die Hopfennote ist präsent aber sehr passend ähnlich eines English Barley Wine. Die Frucht ist noch hinter der Hefe versteckt. Eine leichte Honignote bestimmt das Bier. Lecker! (8/4/8/4/13) Aus der Flasche (bottled 14.03.2018 - bbe 14.03.2021) im 2020-06 getrunken. Die über zweijährige Lagerzeit hat sich jetzt gelohnt. Der Hopfeneinfluß ist zwar noch deutlich aber die Bitterkeit wird durch einer malzigen Süße ausgezeichnet ausbalanciert. Der Abbey Triple Stil ist hervorragnend getroffen. Ein lecker dieses Bier. (8/4/9/4/17)

Ambar anaranjada. Apenas espuma y sólo si se sirve con altura. Desaparece muy rápido. Aroma malteado, claras notas iniciales de vainilla, y luego torna a tonos cítricos. En boca es acaramelada, seca y con buen equilibrio, de nuevo con claros matices cítricos y espaciados y un amargor contenido. Alcohol realmente bien escondido. Sabrosa y agradable
