Hazy yellowish gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Nice peachy bretty nose. Unfortunately the flavour is back to this Brabant astringent bitter hop dust that pervades their beers at the moment. Underneath is some brett, orange and tangerine and bitter yellow grapefruit, but the green hop dust thing dominates. Dry bitter finish. Strong bitter linger. Could be good if it could be cleaned up.

Bottle. Etre Gourmet. Straw colour. Fairly hazy. Bubbly, even, lasting, glossy topped, white head. Nose has a load of lemon zest and black pepper. Some orange peel. Some floral, rose petal like notes. Yeah, it’s a Belgian IPA. Taste has a green, leafy bitterness. Pretty dry. Clean mouthfeel. Quite cleansing, really. Green, leafy bitter finish. Not entirely cohesive, but it’s nicely odd, and certainly very drinkable.

Draft sample @ Vine Birre Ribelli ’16.

26/XI/16 - on tap @ Vini Birre Ribelli (Brussels) - BB: n/a (2016-1390) Thanks to sebletitje and 77ships for sharing today's beers!
Little hazy milky yellowish beer, huge creamy white head, very stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: very soapy, citrus, lots of grapefruit, some kiwi, bit sweet, peach candy. Taste: dry bitter, start, bit medicinal, very resinous, hoppy, little metallic, soapy. Aftertaste: more sugary, floral notes, very dry and bitter finish, bit medicinal almost.

Draught Huge, dense snowwhite head over fully hazy pineapplejuice-coloured beer. Nice citrussy, fruity Amarillo nose, also slightly catty. Straw, dust, and really earthy - very diferent from the nose. Asafoetida. Medium bodied, alcohol is hidden. Very spicy aftertaste (chamomille?). Strange flavours. Nose is 100% Amarillo, taste totally divergent.

At MBF 2016. Pours unclear blonde, small white head. Smell is bit bitter, Taste is intense, sharp bitter. Huge tastebomb ! I would have loved a bit more aromahops, but this one was sure intense and thus very nice !

Draft glass @ Modeste 2016. Very hazy pale golden, creamy white head. Nose is massively green raw hops, creamy, some pleasant malt, faintly fruity hops, hop is above everything very green, bitter weeds. Taste is very bitter, weeds, bit too much for me, almost vegetable green yeast, low peach, nice creamy malts, brutal bitterness, you pallet needs to adjust a bit. Creamy nicely malty body. Interesting bit too bitter raw & green for me but admirable. Nice one for the real hop heads.
