Bottle shared by Marcus. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Aroma of fruit and something like a Brett note. Med body or so. Flavor is fruity and something very like Brett. Dry and bitter and fruity. Really good.

50cl bottle pours a hazy gold with some frothy white head. Nose has straw, grist, some horse, lemon rind, earthy, some white grape, a touch of butter. Flavor ups the butter and adds some popcorn too, grass, straw, some biscuit, mild wood pulp, some Riesling. Finishes dry and spritzy.

Pours clear blonde, rather small white head. Smell is intense , sour-ish, bit dry, oaky. Taste is sharp, bit dry, very mild sourness, bit lactic sour to me as well. Mild oak. Ok, has got some aspects of a Belgian style saison, as well as the typical american sour-saison. OK? but it does ’miss’ something to me . 3,3 - 2016 Rerate at libf 2017 Yoghurty sweet, saison spice, oak. T is full, sharp, bit bitter, buttery oak. Ok 3,2

Poured from a 500 ml March 2015 bottle. Aroma is fairly hop forward with some grassy, floral and spicy notes. Some lighter tropical fruit and citrus with some light grain notes. Medium light phenolics accentuate the somewhat faded hops. Pours a hazy, dull yellow gold with a medium large, thick, frothy white head that slowly recedes to a thin film that is thicker on the edges. Moderate lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet but with a dry finish. Medium light grain notes with medium bitterness. A light mineral note. More citrus and tropical fruit notes with a fresher hop character than in the aroma. Medium light phenolics add a spicy grass note. Orange, mango and some light stonefruit is all present. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, I wish I was given a fresh bottle to see how this was when the hops were more prevalent. A nice beer, but I think it was probably better when fresh. Flavor is still quite nice.

Bottle shared on the 42nd floor - thanks to Paul. Pours hay yellow with a frothy, white head. Dry funk in the nose, pithy grapefruit, yeast, grass. Light sweet flavor with more funky notes, damp wood, light bitter grass, pithy citrus, peach, faint tangy lemon. Light bodied with average carbonation and massaging texture. Nicely balanced finish, with mellow lemony tartness, some cellar must, lemon and grapefruit peel. Great stuff.

Bottle, massive thanks to Andy. Shared at level 42. It pours lightly hazy bright yellow - gold with a thick, foamy white head. The aroma fresh, bready, straw, funk, sour green apple, farmyard, over-ripe apricot & peach, gooseberry, sherbet and white grape. The taste is crisp, clean, mellow bitterness, fresh lemon, gooseberry, whitecurrant, green apple, touch of sherbet, funk, straw, dry wood and barnyard with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Really well put together. Fresh, funky and crushable.
