Caged and corked bottle 37.5cl. from my 'cellar' bought 3/16, bbd 7/17. Sour nose. Colour deep amber, good creamy off-white head, good retention, fine lacing. Sour aroma, pale malt, wood, brett, touch of vanilla, lactic notes. Tast mild sour with light fruity and sweet backbone, malty, wood, brett, lactic notes. Medium body, sticky texture, soft carbonation, soft carbonation, lingering sourish mouthfeel, woody and fruity notes, very friendly, good sour ale.

Flaske fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Langnes. Grågul. Uklar. Middels høyt skum som daler sakte. Aroma av syrlig frukt. Smaken veldig syrlig. Litt plommer med hint av pærer etter hvert.

330ml bottle from Vanuxeem. Pours a hazy gold, thin white head. Aroma is bright, fresh, funky. Taste is similarly bright with a confidently tart, acidic, sour edge. Some brief glimpses of white grape / gooseberry fruit. Excellent crisp sour.

Bottle shared at Leighton’s place 14/04/2016. Many thanks to Kenny. A hazed dull golden. Yellow coloured pour with a lasting sticky white head. Aroma is sour funky bretty, tart pineapple, wheat, a little hockey puck plain. Flavour is composed of tart pithy lemon, spicy bretty, funky, wheaty, tart sour. Palate is spicy lemon, highish carbonation, medium sour.

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Kenny. Pours unclear gold with a creamy, white head. Tart citrus in the nose, lemon and tangerine, light funk. Light sweet flavour with light acidity, faint cereal, hay, lemon, mild bitter rind. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Tart finish, more lemony notes, hay. Nice beer.

Bottle split at Bespin, thanks to Polish Essex, 14/04/16. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white swirl. Nose is pissy citrics, funk, on the turn melon, straw, light acidic notes. Taste comprises tarte citric drool, light green berry funk, damp hay, light balso wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent enough well balanced sour.

Shared bottle at local tasting, 6% ABV. Hazy yellow colour, low white head. Fresh and sourish aroma, notes of brettanomyces / farmhouse and lemons, attractive. Lemony flavour, notes of brett. Enjoyable to drink.

0,375 flaske på Fridtjofen, rbhd jan-16, kveldens aller, aller siste: korngul med kort skum. Brett-aroma sammen med grapefrukt og solmoden lime. Smaken følger opp, et syrlig saisonpreg som jeg liker veldig god. Dette er en god ganerenser og fin avslutning på kvelden.

Shared 37,5 cl bottle at RB/HD on board Fridtjofen 26.01.16. Cloudy straw colour. White head. Lots of brett sourness in aroma and taste. Also some leather and grapefruit. Very refreshing and quite complex.
