Bottle. Pours cloudy golden yellow with a large glass filling puffy white head that dissipates quite slowly and leaves great lacing. Aroma is lemony with dusty yeast notes and a bit of grass. Flavor is about the same, lemon, grass, a touch of spicy pepper and some lemon zest on the finish. Light sweet and bitterness that starts light and grows to the finish. Medium body, lively carbonation. Tasty

Thanks to ThirstyBird for sharing. Very pale in the glass, nice white head. The nose is great floral hops, very nice. The beer starts very hoppy, lots of floral aroma, lots of hops. More like a very dry IPA, because I’m missing the typical farmhouse Saison-aroma. The aftertaste is great hoppy, nicely bitter and full of nice floral hop aroma.
--> a great beer, but no typical Saison-aroma. --> 14/10/13/13

33cl bouteille @ ML St-Gilles.

33 cl. bottle procured (@ De Hopduvel in Gent) together with & split bottle and costs with Kraddel. Consumed @ train. Bottled on 10/10/2013. Nose is huge on USA hops, zesty & citrus hops, white grape, touch grapefruit, light hay, crazy hoppy. Taste has some funk coupled with lots of USA hops, zesty, citrus, grapefruit, hay, light barn, very fruity hops, bitterness is not high, slightly floral. Pretty dry & lots of flavour, another wonderful brew by these guys. Totally USA style, hoppier than some DIPA’s & more reminiscent of those than a saison for me, lovely brew.
