Draught at Olympia Grill, 2/14/24. Moderately hazy, brass-golden. Small, persistent white head. Juicy, yeasty, biscuity. Light pine and such. Lightly juicy, kind of bland with yeast and such. Clean flavors but a bit piney, with heavy grapefruit. Big malty textures, dry, clean, but, idk, a bit underwhelming on bright IPA flavors.
From backlog. Can, Binny’s, Lake Zurich, Il. Straight from The Can. Malts, hops, yeast, Citrus, Tropical, sweetness, some herbal bitterness in The finnish.

Single can from Binny's. Hazy golden beer color under a bubbly white head. Juicy citrus and resin nose. Taste is pleasant, fruitiness from the hop blend, but still some prickly bitterness against a rather light malt profile.

16oz can pours a translucent lemon yellow with some lacey white head. Nose has orange and grapefruit and some lemon, some grass and a little pineapple. Flavor is sweet with some melon and malt then big orange and grapefruit. Medium bodied, lightly bitter finish.

19 September 2022. At Chicago Brewhouse Riverwalk. Shared with the lovely Anke!
Hazy yellow, small, frothy, white head. Aroma of fresh guava, peach, tangerine, passion fruit, dough, yoghurt, orange juice, shallot. Taste has sweet peach & tangerine, sourish guava & lime over oaty, doughy maltiness. Softly bitter finish of earthy, grapefruity hops, lingering citrus pith and juicy stonefruit. Medium to full body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Excellent stuff, so fresh, juicy yet balanced.

I had a 4 pack of this throughout the past week, and it was pretty OK but not super great.

Draught @ Gino's East. Extremely hazy bright yellow with a small frothy whitish head, mango-citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter citrus peel-pineapple taste, thin body, long finish. Nice NEIPA.

Pale gold with a frothy, white head. Floral aroma. Citrus. Taste is bitter the whole way through with a fruity finish. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Good.
