MF: ok carbon, medium body. TAste: some tropical fruits, dank hops, passion fruits, some pineapple, nice stuff. Aftertaste: very dank, hoppy, tropical fruits, citrus, nice bitterness, grapefruit, lovely stuff!

26th July 2020
Can. Bright clear pale gold beer, short lived thin white head. This would be a hazy IPA then. FFS! Light palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Light malts, reasonably sweet, a vague whiff of lager character. Was looking forward to trying HBC353 hops for the first time, but given how light the Citra and Bru-1 elements are, it's hard to be sure what they are bringing. There is a crisp pine here and I do fancy a little green tea, but would I have picked it up if I wasn't looking for it? Touch of black pepper on the light finish along with trades of citrus and tropical fruits, very light. Quite drinkable but a slightly odd duck. What were Thornbridge aiming for here?

Can, thanks Fin! Cloudy golden, big offwhite creamy lace. Pleasant desert tropical fruit notes. Light spring onion in the flavor, chewy body, light bubblegum, grassy and mossy bitter hop finish. Sparkly fruit cocktail retronasal.

Can from Firkin Alehouse Folkestone and drunk at home. Hazy pale gold colour lasting rocky white head. Some strength. Some citrus and tropical fruit. Some dryness on finish. Not much bitterness not huge flavour. It's fine but each brewery is capable of doing better.

440ml can; BB 15th Nov 2020. Came to me from Beer52. Drank at home on Fathers Day 2020 (21st June). Cloudy, murky gold, scruffy white head. Citrus fruits in the nose, taste has a fruit sweetness balanced with some bitterness late on. Expected a bit more oomph for a 7.2% ABV beer from these two brewries.

[44cl can from Beer52.] A hazy straw coloured pour with a loose white head; citrus and stone fruit aroma; curious blend of apricot and grapefruit flavours with a milky body; then a sharp woody bitterness and a dry, biscuity finish. I was expecting more from this.

(Can, 0.44 l - canned on 23.04.2020 - BB 24.12.2020, from Alko, 20200620) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had soap, grass and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, spiciness, soap, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was watery and lightly bitter. A disappointing watery brew.
