Bottle, 2021 at Marine Hotel. It pours clout deep purple with a small white head. The aroma is juicy, jammy, tangy, vinous, dark grape juice, sherbet, fizzy candy, vimto, funk, barnyard, jammy cherry and fizzy cherry cola bottle. The taste is crisp, dry, juicy, snappy, bright, tangy, vinous, some bright acidity, deep cherry, black grape, tangfastics, vimto, fizzy cherry cola bottles, dry oak, light funk, but mostly fruit and some jam with a dry, sharp finish. Medium+ body and moderate, foamy carbonation. So much jammy fruit. Good depth. Moreish.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy red. Barnyard, funk, oxidation note, some grapes, red wine, some cherries, sour, leathery notes. Great.

Bottle. Pours clear red, small white pink head, some lacing. Aroma is funk, basement, grape skins. Flavor is light plus tart, medium funk, grape. Light body. 4,8,7,5,15

Flaska från 3F winterpack 2021blend 27. Färg som ett lättare rödvin ochväldigg lik ett lätt stram rött vin till både doft och smak. Strama tanniner, druvskal, drickvänlig med uppfordrande dyra. Mörka druvor men också mycket mörka bär, syrliga mörka körsbär, omogna björnbär. Vinös och komplex och fantastiskt god.

Bottle, no 27-20/21 11/02/2021. Color: Clear lightly purplish red, fast disappearing head. Aroma: Grape, grapeskin, farmyard funk. Taste: Moderate to over moderate tart, grape skin, oak wood, vinuous, farmyard funk, grape, subtle hay. Some old hop notes. Very fruity. Medium body, low carbonation. Nice.

Deep purple colour, pink foam. Tart, fruity, lots of grape skin, tannins, a bit earthy and dry.

Bottle. Hazed deep raspberry red. Slim halo of baby pink. Nose has red wine dregs. Funk. Suede. Dark cherry. Raspberry. Taste is tart and sharp. Some hedgerow fruit bitterness. Super fresh and juicy on the palate. Foamy carbonation. Loads of fruit to finish. Silly easy drinking.
