Bottle shared in London - cheers! Pours unclear red-purple with a small, creamy pink head. Lightly sweet with acidic berries, moderate dryness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Quenching finish. Tart berries. Sound.

750mL bottle, best before Sep 3, 2031, drunk 7/17/22. Clear magenta. Small, yellow/pink-tinged head shows low retention. Wow that's funky! Lots of barnyard/sulphur and various Bretts with mild lactic and mild but apparent elderberry. Was worried this was way too young and was going to be very disjointed between fruit and beer, but it doesn't seem so. In the mouth it's quite sublime. Surprisingly homogenized with excellent elderberry juiciness but no harsh/hard acidity. Soft, intense funk with tons of Brett and mild lactic acidity. No acetic. Lighter body, but still amply soft/textured. No alcohol or flaw. Lingering brett and moderate, juicy, integrated elderberry. Fine, fine stuff. Going to get a bottle of this to cellar for a bit.

750ml bottle from Raynville. It pours a lovely clear deep magenta with a lasting thick fluffy pink - white head. The aroma is all about that classic deep tilquin funk, damp leaves, musty, barnyard, spice, wet oak, ripe elderberry, tart and jammy berry vibes. The taste is crisp, dry and crazy puckering upfront, sour and tart, juicy and jammy, nip of acidity, great depth of berry fruit, big elderberry vibes, but also bramble and blueberry, fizzy sour candy, drying oak, light tannin, rich funk, musty, damp basement, barnyard and vinous character. Finish is drying and fruity. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Lovely depth of flavour. Fruity and funky. Very enjoyable.

Bottle. Beer Merchants. Hazed deep raspberry red. Slim dense pink foam. Nose has sweet juicy berry. Tilquin funk. Wet leather. Brine. Taste is sharp and fruity with a juicy tartness. Clean and mineraly with foamy carbonation. Lush fruit finish. Lovely juice here.

375mL bottle, pours a deep dark red / burgundy with a medium pink head. Aroma brings out that signature Tilquin funk upfront, followed by intense elderberries, gentle tartness, and a hint of dry tannins. Flavour is wonderfully fruity, bringing out dry, gently tart elderberries, some light tannins, berry skins, and considerable funk underneath. Haven't had too many lambics with elderberries, but this is sure a treat. Fruity, dry, funky, and pleasantly tannic. Wonderful.

Bottle. Pours cloudy res with whitish head. Clear aroma of dry berrlike something. Dry flavour of white yeast and berries with notes ofyeast. Dry aftertaste. Nice.

Bottle, 6.6%. Good fruity aroma, berries, elderberry. Good acetic notes. Hazy deep red colour. Almost no head. The flavour is slightly acidic, acetic, not sharp acid. Good fruit note. Woody acid. Very good.
