Cask at the Hamilton Hall, JDW, London. Pours perfectly clear gold with a fine, creamy white head. Nose holds some sugary dough, straw. Light to medium sweet flavor with sugary white bread, lightly astringent citrusy hops, hay, grains. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, some bitter hay, grains, light grass, lemon rind. So so.

2 Pints: hand pulled at The Crown Inn, Oakengates on Saturday 31st March 2012. Mid-brown/amber body, clear but not bright. Off-white head of foaming bubbles sat on top. No great smells, a mild blend of maltiness and citrus hops wafts up from the brew. Slightly more malt than hop feel to the taste although the mix changes as the mouth drys and the beer warms in the glass. Another fine beer from one of my semi-local brewers.
