Bottle from my Euro Santa, much appreciated, because this is a very good beer. Murky dark brown color. Aprocot, confit cherry and toffee in the aroma. Caramelly, moderately sour citric flavor with apricots. Nice oud bruin, fairly complex, some rest sweetness.

(Bottle, as "Grand Dame Oud Bruin") Dark reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Fruity, malty, slightly sourish nose with caramel, dried fruit, plums, apricots, wood, a touch of vinegar and red berries. Fruity, tart taste with notes of caramel, balsamic vinegar, lingonberries, apricots, plums, wood, citrus and a tart finish with a fairly low bitterness. More than medium body, quite dry. Really tasty and well balanced Flemish sour, with a good red berry tartness. Very nice.

Old bottle. Gusher. Lovely beer. Grape. Grape must. Earthy effervescence. Flavor is light sourness with grape maltiness. Just a very fine beer.

P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Pretty nice. Cherry dictates the aroma and palate more than any other note. Well balanced and quite delightful.
