50cl Fles van REWE Wolfratshausen. Heldergouden kleur, witte kraag. Suiker, glazuur, citroenrasp, bloemenhoning, moutig, licht fruitig, degelijk bitter, alcoholwarmend.

0.5 l bottle 'Craftbeershop.com', best before April 2026. Clear, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish-malty, gently floral and a bit fruity aroma of grains, some honey and a touch of lemon peel. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, gently floral and a little fruity taste of grains, honey, some vanilla and a touch of lemon peel, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very pleasant, but also rather sweet Bock, not overly complex but quite saturating.

Bottle (6.9%) from Raynville Superstore. It pours clear golden - blonde with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is grassy, leafy, some spice, toasty grain husks, cereal, crackers and biscuit. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, bitter - sweet character, biscuity malt, toasty grain, spicy, cereal, cakey malts, brioche, some fruitiness, honeydew melon, poached pear, grass and leafy vibes with a drying, spicy finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Errs on the sweet side but it's hearty and enjoyable.

Reutberger Mai-Bock, Flasche von Getränke Winkler, Trostberg. - Altgold, klar. Macht gute Laune. (2.6.2024.)

Bottle courtesy of Jonas at the München RB tasting group, Friday 21st July 2023 outside at Dave's, Unterhaching, cooking on the BBQ. Nice softness, as others suggest, a little bit sweet but there is a nice maltiness, strength is not too pushy, good depth of flavour.

Hazy golden. Aroma is floral hops cornflakes grass slight lime. Taste is rural malty with somewhat sticky body. Quite dense and not so quaffable. Alright.

Bottle. Clear honey golden. Herbal, slightly boozy, old hay. Taste is a bit flat in the front, then fizzy boozy, sweet. Sticky aftertaste.

Gold color, spicy honey like nose, very sweet flavor -with a spicy hop character that doesn't quite balance the sweetness. Decent one for those with a sweet tooth.
