Bottle, enormous thanks Zhenya for sharing! Hazy deep orange-golden body, no head. Brett, honey notes, sweetish, vague tartness in the aroma. Lean, dry citric taste, chalky, raisins somehow, light brett... Dry, cleanish, tasty, fresh-feeling. Actually very well balanced!

Bottle, vintage 2023 1, lot 23/24-05, one year after bottling. Pours slightly hazy yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is tart fruity notes of apples, berries, floral brett and farmhouse notes, as well as nutty notes and wooden barrels. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes of hay, stone fruits, apples and musty cellar, as well as nuts and wooden barrels.

375ml job. No idea where from. Missus opened this after kicking off with a Berliner Weisse. Brioche baked apple funk tarty juicy oaky job. Tasting notes courtesy of said missus.

Pours a clear, slightly amber golden with a white head that fizzes off quickly. Barnyard, citrus, acidic, slight sulfur, hay, lightly toasted oak, and light berry in the finish. Finishes with dry, acidity fruit. A lovely pour.

Medium, if very stable, lightly yellowish head, fed by finely carbonated orange-amber beer with fine lace. Old shoes, leathersoap, horseblanket, lactic acid, sulphur. Lactic acid, fine fruity/organic acids. Fine, not very aggressive acidity. Bit green kiwifruit (Chinese gooseberry). Titillating MF, lipsmacking acidity, acidthinning. Delicate an nice.
