Bottle. Pours copper colour with huge off-white head. Nose is vivid and complex notes of fruits, acid, faint booze, and wood. Taste is extremely sour, but as sourness soothes there appears some fruits and woody notes as well tha give nice layers to it. Closes with long lasting _very_ sour finish, but it also becomes pretty pleasant as it fades.Light bodied with high carbonation. Interesting and pleasant beer, but borderline too sour for me.

Bottle @ Jacobs. Light gusher that pours hazy dark amber with a fading offwhite head. Aroma of light sourness, malt, little caramel, tart fruit, red grapes, wet wood, oak, little vinegar. Flavor is sourness, light malt, light caramel, woody, oak, tart fruit, red grapes, cherry, little balsamico vinegar. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. 130320

Bottle 0.33l from our archive, one and half year aged. Cloudy, reddish colored. AROMA- red wine, grapes, red fruit jam or syrup, wild tones, leather. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly sour, sharp, the same as aroma. Full bodied. Very good.

Bottle, huge thanks Raven crew for sharing this with me! Very dark amber body. Clean, creamy aroma, lovely mix of red wine barrel and maltiness. Full malty taste, red wine barrel, tart, funky aftertaste. Very, very interesting and certainly well made beer!

Fra flaske på RBHD-samling hos Asle Bjørn, okt-18: lett uklar kobbergylden med ok skum. Intens aroma og smak med sure kirsebær, gymsokker, våt ull og Port Salut-ost. Mer fruktighet i smaken enn aromaen. Weird.

Shared bottle at RB/HD at Askje 13.10.18. Dark orange ruby. Off-white head and lacing. Aroma of blue cheese, port salut, gym socks and fruit. Sour taste, still with port salut and sour fruits. Dry and acid mouthfeel. Interesting!

Shared 330 ml bottle. Reddish brown colour, moderate off-white head. Lovely aroma of farmhouse and sour fruits. Sour flavour, notes of oak, sour red wine and sour fruits.

Bottle in Prague. Clear deep amber color, no head worth mentioning. Aroma of green apple and stonefruit. Taste has more apple, berries, stonefruit, moderate sourness, lightly tart finish, a touch acetic. Not bad.
