Bottle, REWE Bodenmais. Very pale golden vody, white head, fleeting. Bit eggy, minerally, sulfury, malty aroma, honey touch, vague white wine. Sweetish bit grainy malty taste, yolky, uneven bitterness, low alcohol, low DMS. Nah, just okay.

Bottle picked up from Riba Getränkemarkt, Kirchberg im Wald and consumed at home Sunday 30th October 2022 listening to Suede - Autofiction. Pours clear gold with a mid sized white head. Nice softness in the mouth, malty with just a little bitter bite, easy drinking, a little honey. Good.

Bottle drunk while making an eggplant parmesan for tomorrow's lunch. Light gold, moderate head, light malty grain nose. Slightly malty sweet hint but with a good bitterness balance. Not super complex but definitely sessionable!

Bottle, 500 ml shared with Max, Miro B and Zec. Clear orange with short lasting white head. Malty, bit bready, sweetish, weird metallic finish. Light bodied.

“Drachselsrieder Schloßbräu Respekt“, Flasche aus dem Getränkekühlschrank meiner Pension in Bodenmais. - Satt goldgelb, blank.
