Bottle picked up from Mr Hop webshop and consumed at home Monday 29th December 2025 listening to ByteFM, not sure what we're having for tea tonight, perhaps Pasta with Gorgonzola and Walnuts or maybe just cheese and crackers. Pours hazy mid gold with a mid sized white head. Fairly typical Belgian style beer, light spicy, soft mouthfeel, there is a little bit of vanilla, easy drinking for the 6.8% it's straightforward but v.decent.

330ml bottle from the Jumbo, Den Haag. Poured a clear golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is yeasty, light hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, yeasty, aromatic, dry hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

330ml bottle from local supermarket in Loop Op Zand during Roadburn. Pours gold with a fine mist, white head. Interesting golden malty biscuit notes, grainy moments.. a little different to a standard blonde. Nice

0.33 l bottle from 'Sterk Avondverkoop', 6.8% abv, best before March 2025. Almost clear, golden with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish-malty, gently yeasty-spicy, slightly fruity-floral aroma of vanilla, banana, clove, peach and honey. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity-floral taste of grains, vanilla, banana, honey, clove and some peach, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Quite okay, just your average Belgian Ale.
