Brewed with a high amount of Acidulated Malt to lower the PH we also added lemon zest at three different stages of the brewing process. The result is a sharp citrus tang backed up by a big juicy punch of Citra, Ekuanot & Lemon Drop.
We will be changing the Hops and Fruit additions to this beer over the course of the next year and can’t wait to see how it evolves.

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Citrusy hoppy aroma, notes of lemon, lemon peel, a touch of lime and lemon balm. Taste is citrusy and herbal hoppy, slightly zesty, minimally tart, notes of lemon, lemon balm, a touch of lime, biscuity pale malty basis. Adequately light without being too thin or watery.

Light haze on this pale yellowish gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is light and mildly dry, nice sharp fine crispness. Thin but sweetish malts. Really nice lemon, sherbet but it's sharp sherbet. Lemonade underneath. Touch of floral lemon. Light crisp zesty finish ..... Hmm where did all those dots come from? Something must of triggered it!

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazy, pale gold. Film of sticky, white head. Nose has lemon rind and juice. Yeasty, stone fruit esters. Some mango and pineapple. Nice fresh juice here. Taste is tart and lemony bitter, with a hint of estery sweetness. Clean and crisp mouthfeel. Hop burp inducing carbonation. Dry and light bitter finish. Nice one.

Keg @ Port Street Beer House, Manchester. Cloudy light pale yellow with a thin head. It's citrus fruity, but a low citric influence. There's plenty of grapefruit and pineapple, but it's not too bitter.
