Hazy deep gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is dry and crispy. Minerals. Mild dry malts and light dry seltzer. So so citrus. Dry finish. Very clunky.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazy, orangey gold. Film of sticky, white head. Sweet, bready malt. Citric pith. Grapefruit zest. Bit of fust. Taste is dry, and crunchy bitter. Palate is thin. Overly carbonated. Finishes dry and zesty bitter. Something tastes artificial in this. Not too keen. The price is coming down even more, by the way! £2.95 for a 330ml bottle...

Cask at the brewery taproom, 13/09/14. Clear golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is thin, light citric zest, straw, touch of grapefruit. Taste comprises much the same, rather muted, light grapefruit, grass, citric peel, lemon rind. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Forgettable.

Cask handpull at London Fields Tap. Clear gold colour. Lasting white head. It?s quite sweet grapefruit. Some caramel toffee a little bit of hop on the finish. Ok. Fruit grows. Ok.

Draft - Sour breakfast grapefruit. Cloudy gold orange with a rich white head. Light grapefruit and bright bitterness. OK, but with big bright grapefruit IPAs in abundance kinda pointless.

Keg at the brewery. It pours hazy amber with minimal head. The nose is fresh, fruity, grapefruit, mild sweetness, grain and a touch of lemon. The taste is bitter, grapefruit, some acidity, blood orange, lick tart fruit mouth-pucker with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Grapefruit juice vs beer, but I like both. Not bad. Also now at reduced price of 2pounds per third....

Draft at the brewery taproom - London. Pours hazy gold with a creamy, white head. The nose has some citrus notes, light grapefruit, bready malts. Light sweet flavor with fleshy grapefruit, other citrus, bread, low bitterness. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. OK finish, more fleshy grapefruit, light tang, some bready sweetness. Serviceable beer.

Keg at the brewery tap. Translucent onion skin orange coloured pour with i a thin lasting white head. Aroma is dull orange , wort tart lemon. Flavour is assertive harsh grapefruit bitterness that lingers for a long time. Light biscuit malt compensates for the aggressive over balance of bitterness, but ultimately fails. £9 a pint of this is a fucking joke. And a bad one at that.
