Bouteille de 750ml. Un beau fumé rappelant les saucisses hot-dog de mon enfance s'empare en totalité de cet olfactif aux notes de boisé avec une touche de blé. De couleur paille avec un léger voile, elle développe une mousse rocailleuse d'épaisseur moyenne qui persiste près d'une minute en laissant quelques traces sur le verre.L'entrée de bouche se présente en petites notes acidulées aux allures de citron avec un fumé de saucisse moins important que l'olfactif le laisse présager. Le fumé s'accompagne de notes de boisé, de céréales à peine perceptibles et d'une amertume un peu trop discrète. Son corps en mince et son effervescence très vive. Expérience intéressante mais ce ne serait surement pas ma bière de tous les jours.

Bottle: Poured pale hazy hay color ale with a nice white foamy head with good retention with some lacing. Aroma of light tart notes with some subtle smokey notes is pleasant. Taste is a good mix of smokey notes with some light tart notes with some cereal notes. Body is about average with great carbonation. Easy drinking beer with some subtle smoke flavours.

@ BXLfest 2017. Dorée/paille, col épais blanc tenace. Arôme offre un léger bouquet de grains concassés, avec une petite pointe de fruité, le tout rappel le biscuit apéro Tuc au jambon. Palais est léger, ea u e brassin, tenace avec une petite note de fumé et d'iodé. Fine amertume avec un fini sec et un retour sur un fumé plaisant en fin de bouche.

Pale slightly hazy light golden colour, white head. Smoky aroma, malts. Sweet, lightly sour flavour, malts, wheat. Quite light body. Smoky finish, wheat.

Thank you for sharing Martinus! Sampled draft @ BXLBeerFest 2017. Milky pale citrus, creamy white head. Nose is milky pleasant mineral smoked Grodziskie. Taste is too milky, smoked, mineral, cheese, interesting nice smoke, too milky taste but still quite decent.

Pretty cloudy pale milky yellowish beer, small creamy off-white head, bit stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: spicy, saison, hay, coriander, funky, grains, more spice. MF: soft carbon, medium body. taste: little fruity, funky, pretty dry, grains, soft bitterness. Aftertaste: grassy, cow fodder, bit watery, spicy touch.
