Unassuming and quaffable, our Dark Mild is brewed in our brewpub which sits on grounds where production of mild ale has long been brewed, as far back as 1867. Flavours of dark malt and caramel are met with notes of hedgerow berries, with a mellow and easy drinking finish, in this traditional worker's beer.

Cask at two trees watford. A dark mahogany brown coloured pour with a lasting loose beige head. Aroma is semi sweet nutty brown bread, rye dried fruits, fruit and nut, light dusty malts, malt loaf. Flavour is composed of semi sweet layered brown malts, twigs, rye bread, mellow dried fruits, semi drying finish. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, little thin, fine carbonation. Solid enough.

"See It, say it, sort it.". Black with a thick creamy-frothy head. Quite a milky dark-malty aroma and taste. Nice mild texture and taste in this respect.
