On tap at the Collective on Tap, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt and light grassiness. Flavour is quite grassy, with herbal and grassy hops, and some crisp crackery malt. Grassy and crisp on the finish. Good stuff.

Draft pour at The Collective, Woodinville. Shiny, clean pour with no head. A fruity, green tea like aroma, soft straw. Slight plastic grain, but clean flavor, and quite refreshing as an end result. No flavors particularly stand out as good, but none are bad either. Decent pils here.

Draft pour pint at The Collective, Woodinville. Cloudy, light orange pour with a thin fading head. Malty IPA, aroma consistent with malt and orange. Flavor is a creamy, sweet orange. Malty, grainy first. Hops a distant second place with this one. Late creeping bitterness. Decently refreshing. Not bad.

Bottle: Poured a copper with off white head. Aroma is malty. Taste is malty with some hops. Gets some bonus for the labeling on this one, but not much else here.

I’ve spent so long looking for the regular version of this beer with no luck. Never expected to find this first. 2013 vintage nitro pour at the Beer Junction. This is by far the best nitro presentation I’ve ever had. Jet black pour with a soap bubble tan head. Chocolate and bourbon aroma with hints of a cherry like fruit. Cream body, chocolate, with a smooth bourbon finish. This is absolutely incredible. One of the best.

On nitro tap at The Beer Junction, pours jet black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out intense bourbon barrel notes, followed by some cocoa and vanilla. Flavour is intense as hell, with truckloads of the bourbon barrels coming out upfront, followed by vanilla and significant alcohol. It's extremely abrasive but also very complex. A brutal beer that manages to still be elegant and drinkable, albeit in small amounts. Excellent.
