GBBF Day 3. Lightly hazy gold beer, small white head. Semi dry palate with fine carbonation. Good grapefruit hops, underneath - a little marmalade. Light pith. Light dry finish. Pretty tasty.

Cask at GBBF 2013, Olympia, London. An amber coloured pour with a small off white head on top. Hoppy, fruity aroma. Tastes hoppy, fruity, slightly malty, caramel.

Cask at GBBF 2013. It pours hazy amber with a small white head. The nose is earth, pine, varnish, damp leaf and a touch of caramel. The taste is pine, good bitterness, earthy, resinous, varnish, underlying sweetness, peppery kick and brown bread with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body, fine carbonation and oily mouth-feel. Good bitterness, but pretty malty... Fine.

From cask. Pours hazy orange with a small off white head. Aroma is grapefruity and peachy. Grapefruity, citrusy and peachy. Bitter and solid hoppy nto the finish.

Tap at Walking Man, Stevenson, 24/05/13. Clear golden with a thin off white head. Nose is toasted malt, rye, apples, bitter fruit notes. Taste comprises fruits, caramel, light hop presence, yeast. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, light bitter notes in the finish. Reminded me of a twiggy English bitter ! Average affair.

Taste comprises light sugars, wheat, lemon, bitter orange. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, slightly tarte in a crisp finish. Mediocre affair.

Taste comprises raspberry, wheat, pale malt, grass, sugars. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, sweet in the execution. Pretty mediocre effort - too sweet.

Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, sweetish finish. Ok drinkable effort however I expect a little more depth and complexity from a 6.5% beer.

Average - little depth or complexity - 1 trick pony.
