Bottle 75 cl. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a tiny rough white head. Somewhat leathery and astringent aroma. Medium body, completely flat, tart apples with some astringency. A dangerous one, drinks as easy as apple juice! 230110

Polypin at Merton Winter Beer Festival Feb’ 08 Pours a warm yellow but starting to move towards orange. Apples staright off of the nose, quite clean and slightly unusual in taste, not as sharp or tangy as I expected and the apples whilst quite up front were also being tempered by a soft sweetness which just took away a little something. Quite nice.

[From a barrel at GBBF 2005] A hazy pale yellow beer with no head. Both the aroma and flavor are sweet apply. Nothing special.
