Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass golden, nice head. Starts malty-spicy, more and more moldy with some grasy notes. Light sourish. Finish a bit milder, less moldy. Okay.

Klare goldgelbe Farbe, fingerbreite weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch würzig hopfig, mild malzig. Geschmack getreidig, dezent hopfig bitter, würzig malzig, schlank.

Das Weizen hat eine sehr trübe orangegoldene Farbe und eine große aber unstabile beige Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig würzig, ein Hauch von reifem Obst, Karamell. Geschmack phenolisch fruchtig, reife Äpfel, leicht hefig, Karamell, könnte besser sein!

*Old rating, best before 09.06.10. Neutral-süßliches, leicht würziges Bier. Getreidig-wässrig mit leicht würzig-getreidiger Süße. Süffig aber nicht zu tief.
