(bottle) Hazy, chestnut-brown colour with a beige and mid-sized foamy head. Toast-malty and slightly leafy aroma with notes of caramel, a tinge of nuts and mildly herbal hoppy spice in the background. Mildly sweet and delicately bitter flavour, rather light bodied for its 5.6% abv, soft carbonation. Moderately toasted malt character with notes of caramel, Blockmalz, nutty notes and a delicately herbal hoppy touch; toast-malty, mildly sweet and slightly bitter hoppy finish with caramel and slightly herbal spice in the aftertaste. Süß röstiger, angenehm malziger Antrunk. Schokoladen- und Röstnoten sind dabei harmonisch, geringer Hopfen, frisch. Leicht brotiger Mittelteil, die Süße bleibt passend mild. Langer malziger Nachhall. Gelungen! 10/10/11/11/10/11

*Bottle from Edeka in Porta. Nice brown malty beginning. Fresh, mild, smooth. Hints of nuts, malt, caramel. Round, smooth and sessionable. Great stuff.

Bottle @ home. Clear golden color, average sized white head. Aroma is wheat, definitely a lot of yeast and yeasty banana in there. Taste wheat, again quite some yeasty banana flavors and a bit sweet. Meh, no flaws I guess but I just don’t really like these yeasty banana flavors that much.

At Internationales Berliner Bierfestival 2016. A bit hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma and taste of malt, hay, light citrus and some hints of yeast. The body was on the light side. Rather refreshing.

Hazy golden with little white head. Aroma is little of everything: some noble hops, some grass and oatmeal. Taste is little carbonation induced sourness, and some even less bittersweetness. Smooth mouthfeel, good finish, medium body. Not bad.
