Bottle. Color: Very slightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Hoppy, citrus fruit, some lemon. Taste: A lot of hop, citrus fruit (orange, grapefruit, lemon). Over moderate to medium bitterness. Light sweetness. Medium body, just above average carbonation. Ok but a bit one-dimensional.

Cask handpump at Churchill Arms, Kensington. Great to meet up with Chris and Ruth again! Clear golden color, average sized white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, nicely hoppy, hoppy bitterness. Quite nice. I like this one.

Bottle. Color: Clear amber, beige head. Aroma: Caramel malt, floral hop. Taste: Following the aroma. Some dark malt / roasted malt and hints of burnt sugar. Moderate sweet, medium bitterness.

Medium bodied, soft on the tongue with a cloying back.
Tangerine, grain & light malt tastes with a bitter finish.

Can at home. Clear golden with white head. Crisp malts, caramel, bread crust, soft wort, light grapefruit zest, resinous hops. Under medium sweet, very light bitter. Over light bldied, crisp feel with a soft oily finish. Quite nice!

Bottle. Color: Going towards back, light brown head. Aroma: Roasted malt, hints of smoke and light hints of dark fruit. Taste: Following the aroma. Earthy. Hints of ashes and coffee. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Moderate sweet and bitter.

Bottle. It's hard for me to match 'Strong ale' with only 5% ABV, but hey... we're in England now. Land of the nice but mostly low ABV Ales.. Color: Clear amber, yellow-ish off-white head. Aroma: Caramel malt, toast. Yaste: Caramel malt, lightly toasted bread, floral and bit citrusy hop backbone. Moderate sweet, over moderate bitterness. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Nothing too strong... ;) Overall a decent Ale.

Can at home thanks to Kev. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is semi sweet, resinous hop, wet grass, light caramel, toffee, biscuit, Flavour is composed of thin, cereal grains, light biscuit, light resinous hop, piney notes, floral notes. Palate is semi sweet, thin, chalky, carbonic acid, moderate carbonation. Decent enough.
