Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a small, white head. Discreet but pleasant citrus aroma. Medium body, plenty of fruitiness and a solid finishing bitterness. Good for a British IPA. 141125

Bottle numberer 03481 of 14,300. I picked up from Waitrose, Hereford and consumed around Jude's Thursday 16th October 2025 whilst looking after Ezra and Jasper. Pours deep amber good clarity, white head, looks good. Aroma is sweet malty, caramel and rich cakey fruits there's a hint of classic UK hops, not sure which ones they've used but I suspect the usual suspects and it's a nice aroma. Taste following a similar trajectory, toffee and caramel combine it's got a clear oomph, so a touch boozy, warming and with a nice fruitiness but with a little tangy edge. Good beer, liked it but perhaps a few months or longer in the bottle (it's got a 5 year BBD) will soften the edges and see this mellow into a classic winter warmer.

50ml bottle from Waitrose, in Bath, England. Pours a clear pale yellow-gold with a bright white head and good retention. Decent lacing. Lots of streaming carbonation. White bread and malt aroma. The taste follows the nose: Sweet white bread and malt flavor throughout. Clean and smooth. Medium body. Lighter than expected carbonation. Low bitterness. Nice Helles.
